During our stay, we faced significant issues with room maintenance. The air conditioning was not functioning, and despite reporting it, no timely action was taken. This led to frustratingly warm nights, especially since temperatures were soaring outside. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom was concerning—there was an unpleasant odor that was brushed off by staff as 'normal'. Also, several lights in our room were burnt out, making it inconvenient and unwelcoming.
